DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING (DTG)
Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, digital direct to garment printing, digital apparel printing, and inkjet to garment printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified inkjet technology. The two key requirements of a DTG printer are a transport mechanism for the garment and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly and are absorbed by the fibers.
We now have the ability to print one shirt at a time in full color.
The artwork needs to be a minimum of 300 dpi
The artwork needs to be the same size as the design that you want printed on the shirt.
Example - If you want the front design to be 10” wide, then your artwork needs to be 10” wide
The following are examples of file types we accept: AI, CDR, JPG, TIFF, PNG, PDF
All files that have text (fonts) must be converted to curves (no fonts) because of font errors if we don’t have your font in our system.
We stock the following: Adult short sleeve S-3XL in colors: White, Ash Grey and Black
Turnaround time is same day for in stock colors and sizes, 3-5 days for all other colors and styles.
